At Health & Fitness Scotland, we have a holistic approach to your treatment and work with you to resolve your problem, we want you to get better and stay better!
Our philosophy is to investigate and resolve the cause of your pain and discomfort, apply the appropriate treatment and supply you with the knowledge to maintain optimum movement and function.
At our clinic everyone is an individual.
We treat the cause not just the symptoms
We use a variety of treatments tailored to your specific needs including individually designed rehabilitation programmes.
We can help you by treating a variety of injuries, aches, pains and discomfort with the following treatments. We also offer Swan Hypnotherapy and nutritional advice.
Acute, serious injuries demand immediate treatment – we are experienced in dealing with these. But we also derive great satisfaction from treating the less acute but disabling chronic conditions such as headaches, tennis elbow, sore shoulders and sore backs, which many suffer from in today's sedentary world of stress. We really can help. Don't suffer in silence.

“I have worked with Simon for many years through my Health Club and elite athletes programme
He has been very professional and an excellent physiotherapist who often thinks out of the box to rehab patients back to health
A great guy, an enthusiastic person and I would recommend his services”
Aillee Paterson (Neurology patient)
“I have Cerebral Palsy and Simon has been treating me for 4.5 years. He is excellent, really knows what he is doing, very reliable and I would strongly recommend him”
Ian Cantwell (Former Police Officer)
“As a result of shoulder injury at work I was obliged to retire early. For 20 years I attended private and NHS physiotherapists, doctors and specialists. Although there was some degree of change during that time I was always in pain, sometimes severe pain, and had very restrictive movement. I then attended Rannoch Physiotherapy and within 3 treatments Simon had given me a great deal of movement back and reduced the pain considerably. Several treatments later the pain had all but gone and since then I have had no need for pain killers. There has been return to almost full function and the change has been indescribable. Many thanks to Simon”
