He explains what the carpal tunnel actually is, the causes and symptoms of this condition, how to prevent it and, if you are unfortunate enough to get it, ways to relieve it - for example by using ice and changing diet and lifestyle. Ice can be very effective as can having an alkaline diet and introducing foods which are anti-inflammatory.
